Last updated: August 2026 1. What we do Songtold creates original, personalized songs based on the information you provide when ordering. Each song is produced individually for you. 2. Ordering & delivery After payment, your song is delivered to the email address you provide. Priority delivery arrives within 72 hours; standard delivery within 7–10 business days; a 24-hour express option may be offered after checkout. Delivery times start when payment is confirmed. Revision requests restart the delivery clock for the revised version. 3. Revisions Revisions are free and unlimited. Reply to your delivery email describing the changes you want. 4. Your content You confirm the information you submit is truthful, yours to share, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline (and refund) orders containing harassment, hate, explicit material involving minors, requests to copy existing copyrighted songs, or content targeting a person who does not wish to be contacted. 5. Song usage You receive a license to use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes — sharing with the recipient, family and friends, and personal social media. Commercial use requires our written agreement. 6. Refunds See our Refund Policy. In short: 30-day money-back guarantee. 7.
